This is odd. I have a handfull of custom text substitutions I’ve been using for months now, and they’re all gone. All that’s left is the defaults.
I’m pretty sure they were there before this latest update, but I’m not positive.

Also, I’ve noticed that when you edit text substitutions (which are often on multiple lines) the editing window doesn’t expand beyond one line.
You didn’t delete your prefs file at any stage?
