###Here are some things you may want to do:
There should be a setting max tags in filter list which defaults to 30.
Set to 100 so all tags will show in tags dropdown list.
There should be admin setting to enable two menu items for tags:
To be consistent with the Discourse meta forum, you may want to create a tag named “tagging” that is used to tag all topics that relate to tagging in the forum.
