Is it possible with AppleScriptObjC to have access to bounds, background color, arrangement, icon size and all other properties for a Finder window ?
No — you can’t interfere with another app like that.

Maybe not with ASObjC, and maybe not all of that, but Chris Stone (@ccstone) has published numerous scripts to control/set the Finder Window.
