I noticed a couple issues with live debugging today. I almost never use it on purpose, and it was accidental today, so I can’t say how long this has been going on.
I was step debugging an AppleScript droplet, and had progress showing. I closed and saved without turning off debugging. When I dropped files on the script it opened in script debugger as expected, but I progress was not showing. I changed the setting in the view menu, but it still would not show, even after stopping the script and running it again.
Also while open in live debugging I was having trouble editing it. I couldn’t select or get a cursor. Clicking on Finder then back to SD resolved that, but I could not save my changes. The save menu was inactive. I had to copy all, close the script, open it again and replace the text with the copied part.
I quit and relaunched SD and reproduced each of these.
