Export read only: Make (all?) bundled scripts read only

When exporting an app bundle, is the design of the “make bundles scripts run only” flag, only to affect the .scpt files inside /Scripts?

For reasons, I have some in another directory in the bundle (Resources/Config/) and these are not made read only by the export… I may have unwittingly broken some covenant on making app bundles but if someone can clarify.

For clarity, my client is pretty non technical, so the idea is the app installs scripts from the bundle to the target machine as a way to help get the service scripts into the right directories.

That’s right.

That shouldn’t matter, unless they are actually run by some app while inside the bundle.
