Dictionary Menu Greyed Out

Regardless of where I click on a script, the Dictionary Menu is completely greyed out.

M1 running Ventura 13.2.1. Script Debugger v.8.0.5

The Dictionary submenus are only available when a dictionary is open.
To do so, you select one of the submenus from File>Open Dictionary>.

Or, select Dictionary from the Window menu.

FYI, Mark and Matt Neuburg had a years-long disagreement about whether Open Dictionary Window should be in the Dictionary menu or the Window menu.

I agreed with Matt, that it should be in the Dictionary menu, to avoid just this kind of confusion.
