When searching for a term in the “Dictionary Inspector” pane, the app/lib icons are not displayed correctly:

When searching for a library term, if ‘Recent’ and one of ‘Used Library’ or ‘Installed Libraries’ are checked, the results are duplicated:

Are they known issues?
[I hardly ever use this feature, that’s why I can’t say when this behavior started…]

Thanks for noticing this problem. I’m able to reproduce the problem here on my Monterey machine. We’ll get this fixed in an upcoming maintenance release.
