I’m using IFTTT to enter particular events into my calendar - these are cycle runs I’ve completed. This is done from Strava but unfortunately often the event name is incorrect and also the IFTTT link enters the distance ridden in meters rather than miles. I’d like to have a script that will pick out these events and allow me to correct the name if necessary and convert the distance ridden. I can pick up these events as the event name will always have the distance shown in brackets.
I am very much an AppleScript beginner having attempted writing some scripts a few years ago. I have Script Degugger 7. I use BusyCal rather than the Apple Calendar but that shouldn’t be a problem.
