I don’t understand the instructions of how to change the icon in script debugger.
Could somebody give me some guide to change the icon when I save a new application (enhanced)?

Fist you need to make an .icns file of the icon. There are plenty of free utilities around to do this. Then you add it to the Resources folder of your applet. You can do that in the Contents section of the Resources tab of the sidebar (see pic below). Just drag it in from the Finder. Finally, choose the new file from the Applet Icon menu above the Contents area.
